Course goal and learning outcomes This course aims to develop participants’ ability to (1) recognize and explain culturally related behaviour and business phenomena; (2) evaluate and make recommendations on culture-related management decisions; (3) use theoretical intercultural concepts to solve problems in international business cases; (4) increase the efficiency of diverse teams; (5) perceive a multi-cultural scene as an opportunity rather than a threat or liability; and (6) develop awareness of one's own cultural profile and strengths and weaknesses in intercultural business situations.
